We collect information you provide during sign-up and KYC, transaction history, and device or usage data needed to operate the platform.

• Identity data, including your name, NIN, BVN, photograph and liveness check.
• Contact data, including email address, phone number and physical address.
• Tenancy data, including property listings, agreements, receipts and condition reports.
• Payment data, including bank details, wallet balances and transaction history.
• Device and usage data, including IP address, browser, and pages visited.

We use your information to verify your identity, process payments, prevent fraud, generate digital receipts, mediate disputes, and improve the service. Each use is grounded in a lawful basis under the NDPA, including contract performance, legitimate interest and legal obligation.

We share data only with regulated payment processors, KYC providers, and as required by Nigerian law or a competent court order. We never sell your personal data and we never share your contact information with third party advertisers.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your personal data. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for the period required by Nigerian tax, anti money laundering and tenancy law. Permanent receipts and tenancy records are retained indefinitely so that you can always prove your rental history.

All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher. Sensitive documents and KYC artefacts are encrypted at rest with AES 256. Access is gated by role based access control and audit logging. Read more on our Security page.
