Step 2
Tenant pays rent through BERLVIS.
The rent is held securely in escrow until key handover is confirmed through the Move-In Code. A 2 percent platform commission is added to the tenant's first payment only. Landlords receive their rent in full. The tenant pays a Payment Protection Fee of ₦500 to ₦5,000 which covers their receipt, escrow protection, and dispute access.
Step 3
You receive your money.
The net amount lands in your BERLVIS SPACES wallet and you withdraw to your bank within 24 hours.
Step 4
Inspection fees are separate.
The inspection fee is ₦5,000. This is paid by the tenant before the property access code is revealed. If the tenant proceeds to rent, 30 percent of the inspection fee is credited toward their first payment.
