What is Berlvis Spaces?
Berlvis Spaces is a Nigerian property operating system. It keeps the property, tenancy, payments, receipts, permissions and important history connected to one operating record.
Is Berlvis Spaces a property listing website?
No. Berlvis Spaces is built around the operating relationship behind a property and tenancy, not property discovery or marketplace listings.
Can one person own, rent and help manage different properties?
Yes. One account can participate in different property relationships. What a person can see or do is determined by the relationship and authority attached to that property.
How are payments and receipts treated?
A payment is one real transfer of money. Berlvis records what it settles through payment allocations, and a receipt is created from the confirmed payment evidence. Historical receipt facts are not repainted later because a profile, tenant or owner changes.
Is property-manager access available?
Yes. Property-scoped delegation is part of Berlvis Spaces. The owner remains the property authority and delegated access stays scoped and revocable.
Is public pricing available?
Not yet. Berlvis Spaces is currently using controlled pilot access while the operating model and launch experience are validated. No public price or unlimited free promise is being made yet.
