We built BERLVIS SPACES so that story never happens again. To anyone. The Nigerian rental market has been running on handshakes for too long. Most landlords cannot tell you which of their tenants has paid. Most tenants cannot show a receipt from their last payment. Most rental agreements would not stand up in a tribunal.
This is not because people are dishonest. It is because the infrastructure for honesty has never been built. Until now.

BERLVIS collapses the traditional three party structure of landlord, agent, and tenant into a direct two party relationship. It dissolves the adversarial framing by treating both landlord and tenant as the same class of user, who simply holds a different role depending on the context.
Unified User Identity
Every user is in the universal set. Tenants are a subset. Landlords are a subset. The platform provides the union, meaning every user regardless of role shares the same infrastructure, the same verification, the same trust layer, the same receipt system.
And it provides the intersection simultaneously. A user who is both a landlord in one property and a tenant in another, which is more common than most platforms acknowledge, is served by a single account without role conflict.

Every user on BERLVIS is verified with their National Identification Number. You always know who you are dealing with.
Permanent Records
Every receipt, every payment, every agreement is stored permanently. It cannot be edited, deleted, or denied.
