    A scheduled visit to physically view a property or space before renting, moving in, or resolving a dispute.

    A flat ₦5,000 fee paid by a tenant to schedule a property inspection. If the tenant proceeds to rent the inspected property, 30% of the fee is credited toward their first rent payment.
