    BERLVIS SPACES holds tenant rent payments in a protected wallet until the tenant has confirmed move-in via the Move-In Code. Funds release to the landlord's wallet only on successful confirmation.

    A 6-character code generated when a tenancy is created. The tenant must present this code to the landlord on move-in for the landlord to release rent funds from escrow. Valid for 72 hours.

    Wallet

    A user balance held on the BERLVIS SPACES platform that can receive payments, hold escrow, and be withdrawn to a verified bank account.
